 My name is John Thompson. I am a serial entrepreneur, property investor, speaker, CEO and founder of Designer Water (Africa’s #1 high ph and functional water brand), and founder of the BE-ALL-IN-ONE business management platform. Is it ok if I share a personal story? Thank you. I came from nothing; my parents aren’t wealthy, I grew up 1 street from the port Elizabeth CBD, and we were very poor. But I realized that if I am born broke, it’s not my fault, but if I die broke, it’s 100% my fault and my responsibility. On the 7th of December in, 2018, I was in Chennai, India, for a speaker training program. In one of the role-playing assignments, I got given an excerpt of a speech by Dr Martin Luther King called I have a dream. Allow me to share this piece with you. “And when this happens, and when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, Black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: Free at last. Free at last. Thank God almighty, we are free at last.” This speech impacted my spirit regarding the love and future potential I wanted for my country. A week later, On the 14th of December in 2018, we had our first rapid success accelerator training program. Since then, we have trained over 9000 people. We have helped some of our clients make over R1 million in profit, put their kids through private school, get through covid even though their other businesses shut down and even helped someone pay off their house four years earlier. All these things are possible for you too. But you need the right system, the right product, the right opportunity, the right team, and you need to want it badly enough. I believe nothing is unique about me; I am no different from anyone else. The only difference is I want it more. And I won’t accept any excuses for failing, even from myself. The fear of being poor again has driven me to put in more effort than most and never quit, even if it seems like the world is against me. What’s really exciting for our organization is that many of our top entrepreneurs are black females. And in our production facility most of our big machines are operated by women. Our vision is to become the #1 beverage company in South Africa. And our mission is to help 10000 people make R10000 a month. And I am hoping you will be one of these people.
